Booking and Payment

All services must be paid in advance, at least 7 days before the transfer or assignment.

The booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received.

The rates include the vehicle, the driver, fuel, and professional liability insurance.

Any tolls, parking fees, or additional charges are at the client’s expense, unless otherwise stated in the offer.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation at least 72 hours before the transfer: 100% refund (no fees).
  • Cancellation between 72 and 48 hours before the transfer: 50% refund of the total amount.
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours before the transfer: no refund.
  • No-show (client absent without prior cancellation): no refund.

Any modification (time, pickup location, vehicle type) is subject to approval by SZ Helvet Services Zian and may result in an additional fee.

Waiting Time and Delays

Departures from Hotels or Private Addresses

  • Maximum waiting time: 20 minutes.
  • After this period, the service is considered a no-show and non-refundable.

Airport Arrivals

  • 60 minutes of free waiting time after the official landing time.
  • Beyond that, a charge of CHF 1 per additional minute applies.

Client delays affecting the service may result in additional fees or the inability to ensure subsequent transfers.

Luggage and Client Responsibility

Each passenger is responsible for their personal belongings.

SZ Helvet Services Zian cannot be held liable for any loss, forgetfulness, or damage to luggage.

The luggage volume must be specified at the time of booking. In case of excess baggage, the company reserves the right to refuse additional luggage or apply a surcharge.

Passengers must respect the vehicle (cleanliness and safety). Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence will be charged to the client.

Service Provider Responsibility

SZ Helvet Services Zian is committed to providing a high-quality, punctual, and safe service.

However, the company cannot be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control (traffic, weather conditions, flight/train delays, strikes, or force majeure).

In the event that the service cannot be provided (breakdown, driver unavailability), the company undertakes to offer an equivalent alternative solution or refund the client.

Passenger Conduct

Smoking, drug use, or excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside the vehicles.

The driver reserves the right to refuse access to the vehicle to any person in a state of severe intoxication or whose behavior endangers safety.

In such cases, the service will be charged in full and no refund will be issued.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Swiss law.

In the event of a dispute, the legal jurisdiction shall be Geneva.
